Dear Sirs, please also refer to this blog post. http://harmedforces.blogspot.in/2013/01/taken-for-ride-again.html
there are no changes in the pension of Subedars in the recently published G of I letter. Can someone explain the reason. Thanks
it is insult on ex jco's as their is no hike for jco's and minimum chiller hike for Nco's only officer get benefited from this....as it is high time for jco and ors to make their separate association as till the time we are with officer, we did not get our due share, for example all officer get good job after their retirement as they undergone mba from best institute like iim and other and at same pbor get some useless training, which have no use.....after retirement officer get CNG pump and Coal transportation and PBOR get mother dairy milk and safel outlet like we r vegetable seller........maximum pbor get job as security guard run by officers means they earn in lakh and we get Rs 5000 as salary........................................SO I REQUEST ALL PBOR TO COME TOGETHER AND MAKE NEW ASSOCIATION ONLY FOR PBOR AND KINDLY DE ASSOCIATE THEMSELVES FROM ANY ASSOCIATION LEAD BY OFFICER AS THEY DID NOT FIGHT FOR OUR CONCERN......THEY HAVE THEIR OWN GREED BEHIND ALL................IT IS MY REQUEST TO BLOG MODERATOR PLEASE DO NO EDIT MY COMMENT
IT SEEMS THAT THE JCO HAS BEEN PAID MORE THAN WHAT IS HIS DUE THAT IS WHY NO CHANGE IN HIS PENSION. IT IS A SHAME.I HAVE BEEN EXPECTING SOME INCREASE IN PENSION AS OROP IS BEING FINALISED. BUT IN THE CHART IT SAYS NO CHANGE. IT MEANS WE HAVE BEEN GETTING MORE THAN OUR DUE TILL NOW THAT IS WHY GOVT SAYS NO CHANGE.FOR ALL OTHER CADRE THERE IS SOME CHANGE BUT JCO NEEDS NO CHANGE IN HIS PENSION
1. THE BASIC PENSION OF HON. FG. OFFR. REDUCED BY VI PAY PANEL wef-01.01.2006
The VI pay commission is set up to improve the basic pension, but In the case of Hony. Flying officer the basic pension is reduced. I am retired on 30.04.2005 as a Hony.Flying Officer. I was drawing pension of Rs. 7875 before VI pay commission, now the VI pay commission has fixed my pension Rs. 7800 wef 01.01.2006. Any formula applied for fixation of pension which reduces the basic pension is wrong. The great injustice is done to me.
WITH THE ABOVE FACTS THE EFFECTED DATE FOR REVISION SHOULD BE FROM 01.01.2006
Well done MOD JCO have been totally ignored .this shows that this govt wants to please officers only.iwould like to hear from Lt. Gen kadian abt this unjustice done to P B O R. More pension for officers only. I think no one is interested in the welfare of other ranks .
Ah! Mr. Anonymous, you need not feel disgruntled. It is not the pension that is important for the PBOR. It is the preferential treatment in re-employment and promotions in the civil jobs that you have to ask for. Do you know you are not given any reservation in Group A and B Posts? Even if you are qualified, you can’t claim vacancies against these posts.
I therefore suggest the PBOR fraternity to kick off from the service after gaining adequate technical / professional qualification that can earn you a good civil job instead of worrying about the peanut called pension. May be it would come handy for an elderly, invalid ex-service man but can an NCO who retires at the age of 35 manage his family with a paltry 9000 bucks?
Serve the nation without expecting returns!! And those who do not have inclination to study or no guts to try their luck in the civil may destine themselves to continue in the services.
To Ex trend man. Hi i am not felling disgruntled, but i feel disharted for my fellow, as pension is not a big deal me as i am retired JCO from IAF and my both son are doing good in their life as one is practicing in delhi high court and other one is SAP Fi certified consultant working with big it company, but i feel very bad when i saw deferential treatment given to our fellow............we also want equality and our cause is genuine.....as most important thing is number matter and we PBOR have these number....why we r begging officer for our right....it is high time for all of us......to stand on our own legs, for fighting for our right, we have to fight for equality within the force.
