Large number of Defence pensioners and their relatives send e-mails and make phone calls, complaining that they are not getting correct pension or they do not know whether they are paid correct pension or not.  Most of the e-mails are without head and tail.

Without sending full particulars of the pensioners, we will not be able to help you.  It is in the interest of every defence pensioner, we wish to inform that the following particulars are very important for calculating the correct pension of an individual.

We therefore request all our readers to send all the particulars as per the format given below to help you better.

1.      Name of the Pensioner.

2.      Service Number, Rank and Group.

3.      Date of enrolment.

4.      Date of Discharge.

5.      Total service.

6.      Name of the Bank, Branch and Account number.

7.      Present pension being paid by the Bank as per pass book.

8.      Whether member of ECHS or not.

9.      PPO Number with Type of Pension.

10.  Whether eligible for any Disability Pension with percentage of disability.

11.  Date of death of husband in case of family pensioner.

12.  Date of payment of 40% arrears, 60% arrears and arrears as per Circular No.430.

13.  Any other grievances.
14. Full address and Phone number.

Those pensioners who cannot trace out all the above information from their records,may send the relevant pages by scanning and e-mail to: exweltrust2006@yahoo.com from a Browsing centre.  They can also send Xerox copies of all documents to: Exwel Trust, No.15G, Military Line, Samathanapuram, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002.
