Peacefull approch ,writting letters, explaining to the ministers and returning medals has no effect to the present govt.Had it been with any other organisation or department, they would have gone on strike and forced the govt to withdraw review petition .Now only way to get the dues is to raise the issue in parliament monsoon session through strong members like L K Advani. Let the whole nation know the plight of ESM and serving soldiers.
It would be of interest to visitors to this Blog to learn of the time frame within which the 'review petition' is expected to be heard by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as the review petition number so it can be kept a track of.
Notice has been issued to the Petitioners for their replies to the issues raised by the GoI/MoD.
It is understood that the Review Petition is usually heard in the chambers of the Judges and disposed off.
We may take heart in the fact that many recent Review Petitions have been dismissed.
