Sir, my aunt, 81 years, is drawing family pension. My uncle took voluntary retirement from Navy in 1961 and passed away in 1993. The problem is she is unable to locate her PPO copy and from the photocopy, it is seen that her date of birth is not mentioned. Hence, she is not able to draw the 20% enhanced pension. She has written to pcda, Allahabad, but to no avail. How to apply for a duplicate copy of PPO and get her date of birth incorporated. Further, how to add her widowed daughter's name in the PPO, so that she can draw the pension later.
Kindly advice.
Regards, RAVINATHAN
