Mrs.Grace Rajam, Wife of (Late) Major Rhenius, aged 91 was identified by the Exwel Trust for payment of Additional Pension arrears to the tune of Rs.1,50,000.
The amount was claimed by the Trust on behalf of Mrs.Grace Rajam to Canara Bank, Tirunelveli and It was credited to her account in the month of Oct 2009.
Mrs.Subbulakshmi, mother of (Late) Krishnan (Gnr.) was identified by the Trust for payment of Special Family Pension. Without the intervention of the Trust, the old mother would have never got her pension arrears to the tune of Rs.3,84,000/-. The arrears amount was credited to her account by Canara Bank, Tenkasi in the month of Oct 2009.
Special Family Pension - A subject forgotten by many banks was reviewed by the Trust and identified for three widows.
Smt.Radha, wife of (Late) Hav.Ramasubramaniam was found getting unrevised special family pension. The same way Smt.Kumravadivu and Smt.Valliammal were also were getting the unrevised special family pension. The Trust intervened with the Bankers and got their revised pension(as per CDA Circular No.410 Rs.7000 p.m.) and arrears to the tune of Rs.61,000/- was paid to each of them. All these work was done by the Exwel Trust's Chief Liaison Officer, Sgt.S.Kandiah (Age.68) who commands a good respect in all the pension paying banks in Tirunelveli District.
Another important person in the Trust Hon.Fg.Officer.C.ChandraSekar (Age.72) (Air Signaller) was very instrumental in identifying the pensioners in the rural areas. The Exwel Trust is very proud to publish his photograph on this occasion.
