MONTHLY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NON PENSIONERS FROM
ARMED FORCEDS FLAG DAY FUND BY KENDRIYA SAINIK BOARD

The aim of this aid gratis is to provide small measure of relief from total penury to a non pensioner ESM up to the rank of Hav/equivalent and their widows.

The monthly assistance is provided at the rate of Rs.4000 per month from 1.4.2017 per head for life time from AFFD Fund.

ELIGIBILITY

(a)    Must be a non-pensioner ESM or his widow.
(b)   Should be of the rank of Hav/equivalent from Navy/AF and below.
(c)    Should be above the age of 65.
(d)   Should be recommended by respective ZSB and RSB.
(e)    Details of Bank account to be submitted.

DATE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

By 31st March or 30th Sep each year to Zilla Sainik Board.

Application to be submitted on line with following documents:-

(a)    Discharge Book
(b)   Age Proof if date of birth is not given in the discharge book.
(c)    ID Card issued by ZSB.
(d)   Copy of Bank pass book front Page. With IFS Code.
(e)    Certificate of Penury obtained from VAO.

14.  Bank Name and Branch name and Address.
15.  Account No.
16.  IFS Code of Branch.

YOU HAVE TO GET THE “CERTIFICATE OF PENURY “FROM YOUR VAO.

This is the only little difficult job. If you are a genuine case, you will get
This certificate without any difficulty.

Note: Your application will be uploaded on line and forwarded to your ZSB.  You will be called for verification of original documents before forwarding to RSB.  Once it is approved by KSB, you will get Financial assistance for your life.  Only you have to give Life certificate every year.

All ex-servicemen Associations are requested to help their non pensioner members to get this benefit.

    I AM getting the penury grant &disabled children grant FROM KSB. I AM 73 YEARS OLD. WHETHER I HAVE TO APPLY FRESH FOR ENHANCED PENURY GRANT. IT IS ALSO VERY DIFFICULT FOR AGED VETERANS TO GO ON LINE. THE GRANT RECEIVED FROM KSB IS ENTERED AS A SALARY &TRANFER. I HELPED 2 ARMY VETERANS TO APPLY ON LINE IMMEDIATELY AFTER ANNOUCEMENT. IT REACHED KSB.PL.CLARIFY WHETHER I HAVE APPLY FRESH.
