1.      Discharge book.

2.      Age Proof certificate. (If DOB is not available in the discharge book)

3.      ESM ID Card.

4.      Bank Pass Book Front Page.  (Only SBI or PNB Account)

5.      Certificate of Penury obtained from VAO.

6.      Your Pass port size photo to be uploaded.

Note: Non pensioner ex-servicemen above the age of 65 and widows can apply for pension.

You have fill up the above particulars correctly and send the scanned documents (pdf or jpg within 1mb) to Exwel Trust email id: esmwelfare@yahoo.in . The application will be filed online and forwarded to your Zilla Sainik Board for verification and forwarding.  You can get the model “Certificate of penury by   Clicking here.

It is requested that all ex-servicemen association may give wide publicity to this benefit to non pensioners.  They will get Rs.4000 as pension till life.

This is applicable throughout India.  You can apply from any part of India with the above particulars.
