ON LINE APPLICATION FOR ECHS SMART CARD

EASY WAY TO TAKE CORRECT PHOTO FROM YOUR SMART PHONE

HERE IS THE EASY GUIDE.

REQUIREMENTS

1.      You must have a Smart phone with at least 13 MP primary camera.  (Nowadays all are having this type of  camera phone like Redmi Note 3, Note 4. Etc. etc. )

2.      You must have internet facility in your phone.

3.      Install Cam Scanner App. From Play store. (CS App)

4.      Install Pass Port App. From Play store.

5.      Ask the smart card applicants to stand in front of a clean white wall, with dark color short/saree.

6.      Have a good day light with good room light without any shade.

7.      Switch on your mobile, take a normal half size photo keeping head at the centre, eyes looking towards the camera.  See that no shades are visible.

8.      Click and take a nice picture.  If not satisfied, take again and view it in the gallery.

9.      Once you are satisfied, open the Pass port App., Select Gallery, select the photo you have taken.  Your will find names of different countries Pass port photo sizes.  Select India with the photo size 2 x 2 “.

10.  Adjust the photo in the frame with your finger and see that the head size is covering 1.5’ of the frame.  That is all.  A correct pass port size photo is ready now.

11.  Send the Photo by sharing to your email, download it from mail to upload on the application.

12.  You can take photo of your signature also in the CS scanner for the application.

13.  Your can take photo/scan your Discharge book, PPO copy, your Affidavit and Old smart card in your smart phone with help of Cam scanner App.  All your scanning job is over.

You need not run around to any studio.  The same email you can send it to a studio for printed copies for pasting in the Affidavit.  You can arrange with a studio for printing from email in advance.

Many young boys and girls who are having smart phones can do this job.  It is  like a fun for them. Do not hesitate to ask the youngsters to do this job.  You can request your children to try this.  I tried this method, because, the studios are charging Rs.150 for one applicant. (For 4 copies)   will be very costly for an ex-servicemen having 5 members in his family.  Please try this method.  This is very easy and cheap.

One you complete the above job in your smart phone, your application is almost ready.

You must have the following details to proceed with the application.

1.      Your Name

2.      Your Service No. with prefix and suffix.

3.      Email ID

4.      Creat a Pass word.  (This is registration)

5.      After registering, Use already registered login.  Fill up your Email and pass word.

6.      Upload/fill up the following details.

7.      Upload your photo  and type your Name.

8.      Date of enrolment.

9.      Date of discharge

10.  Type of pension.

11.  ESm Service

12.  ESM Category.

13.  Rank

14.  Fill up last Unit you served.

15.  Your Record Office.

16.  Fill up your PPO No.

17.  Upload your signature.

18.  Fill up your PAN No.

19.  Fill up your Blood Group.

20.  Fill up if you have any Drug allergy.

21.  Fill up your Bank account.

22.  Fill up the IFS Code of your Bank.

23.  Name of your bank.

24.  Bank Address.

25.  Fill up the name of ECHS Regional centre.

26.  Parent Polyclinic.

27.  Station HQ.

28.  Fill up your Permanent Address.

29.  Fill up your Old ECHS Card No.

30.  Now type the name of Dependent.

31.  Upload the Photo of Dependent.

32.  Upload Signature of Dependent.

33.  Fill up the Blood group of dependent.

34.  Fill up the PAN No. of dependent.

35.  Fill up the Drug Allergy if any.

Now upload the following docum”

ents by giving serial number.

1.      Discharge book. (Not required now)

2.      Affidavit.  (Not required now)

3    PPO

4    Old 32 KB smart card.

After uploading click; ‘Submit & proceed to payment.

Complete the payment screen.  Your job is over.
