ON LINE ARREAR CALCULATION FOR DEFENCE PENSIONERS

The anomalies of the 6 CPC for the Defence  pensioners  are being settled one by one after a lapse of 10 years.  Some are through legal battle and some are through Cabinet Committees.  This has resulted in payment of Various arrears to Defence pensioners from 1.1.2006.

In fact many pensioners and even the Banks do not know what are these arrears. This has resulted in the loss of life of one precious Sub.Grewal  at Delhi on 2.11.2016.  In the circumstances, the OROP and the 7 CPC recommendations also has come up for implementation.

In order to facilitate easy calculation of various pension arrears, on line, the Exwel Trust had developed a Website  www.exweltrust.in exclusively for the online calculation of various  arrears. At present the following arrears calculations are available on line.  The purpose of this website is to create awareness among the Defence pensioners.

A number of Circulars have been issued by the CDA (P) Allahabad on the subject.  In most of the cases, the arrears are identified by the CDA Circular Numbers.

Therefore, all the readers are requested to visit the website www.exweltrust.in first, and understand what are the circulars, and what are arrears involved.

1.      CDA Cir.560 (For arrears of Spl. Family Pension, Disability Pension etc. for the period from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.2012).

2.      CDA Cir.555 for OROP revision and arrears from 1.7.2014.

3.      CDA Cir.547 for Arrears from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.2012 on a/c of 6 CPC anamolies.

4.      CDA Cir.567 for Arrears of Enhanced Family pension from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.2012.

5.      CDA Cir.568 for De-linking arrears from 1.1.2006 30. To 30.6.2014.

6.      CDA Cir.570 for 7 CPC arrears and revision of pension from 1.1.2016.

7.      A Special provision (Menu) for 80 years pensioners to know their arrears with Additional Pension.

The list is  never ending.  We are continuously updating our website.  The main idea is that every pensioner must know his entitlement.  It has been made so simple that a Pensioner or a Family Pensioner need to know the following information only to know their pension arrears and revised pension.  It is emphasized that every pensioner should keep the following information ready every time.

1.      Name of the Pensioner

2.      Rank of the Pensioner.

3.      Qualifying service.

4.      Group of the Pensioner

5.      Date of Birth of a pensioner.

6.      Date of Death of pensioner in case of Family pension.

7.      Name of the Bank, Branch and Account Number.

Nowadays, every village is having Internet Browsing Centre. All you have to do is visit a Browsing centre Tell them the Website address as www.exweltrust.in and hand over your particulars as given above.  With a minimum service charges, you can get your arrears printed out.  By this you will know what is your entitlement and compare with what has been paid by the Bank and if necessary you raise claim with the Bank.  You need not run for help to anybody in this regard.

In the present scenario if you get your Pension and arrears correctly and in time that is enough.
