TO GET THE BENEFIT OUT OF CDA CIRCULAR 567 TFAMILY PENSIONERS HAVE

TO GIVE THE FOLLOWING PARTICULARS TO GET ARREARS.

If your husband died before attaining age of 65 and between 1.2.1999 to 22.9.2005

You are eligible for the arrears as per CDA Cir.567.

If your husband is a Group X Sgt. You will get around Rs.34000 as arrears.

On receipt of the above information, we will calculate your arrears and submit to the bank for payment.  Please be vigilant.  Otherwise you will not get.  The government had agreed to pay after Ten years so that the family pensioners will forget and leave it.  In fact, many pensioners might have died, and those who are living also will not be able to claim properly to the banks.  Therefore these orders are merely an eye wash.

Unless the individual pensioner is alert about the happenings, they will not get any thing.
