ARREARS OF CDA CIR.547 AND CIR 548 DATED.11.9.2015.

This circular provides arrears of actual 6 CPC revised pension from 1.1.2006 to 30.6.2009 to JCOs and ORs  (547) and  from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.2012 for Officers and Family pensioners and Honorary Officers. (548).

Most of the pensioners had actually forgotten the Anomaly of 6 CPC and crying for 7^th CPC.  At this time the CDA had issued the circulars for payment arrears on a/c of fixation of Pension from 1.1.2006.

Unlike OROP, Cir.547 and Cir.548 deals with arrears for a particular period.  If the Banks pay it is OK, if they do not pay, it goes unnoticed by the pensioners for ever.

The above circulars were issued on 11.9.2015.  The writer of this article was shocked to see that most of the JCOs/ORs and Family pensioners were not paid the arrears of this Circular.  The pensioners are also not aware of this entitlement.

Most of the families of the Honorary Officers are completely ignorant of these arrears.  They were very happy to get arrears around Rs.1,22,000 and Rs.1,42,000 even though it was paid after a delay of eight months.

The purpose of this article is to create awareness about these arrears and to check whether they have received or not.

Therefore please check up with your Pass Book whether you have received the arrears after Oct 2015 as per the following table.  If not immediately contact Exwel Trust (0462-2575380)

One  Group D Sepoy with 15 years service should have been paid Rs.17,626.

One  Group D Naik with 15 years service should have been paid Rs.17,626..

One  Group D Havildar with 15 years service should have been paid Rs.17,626.

A Naib Subedar will get Rs.14,726.

A Family of a X Group Havildar will get Rs.57,717.

A Family of a Naib Sub. Will get Rs.37,205.

A family of a Subedar Family will get Rs.83,106.

A family of a Subedar  Major Family will get Rs.1,06,561.

A Hon. Lieutenant’s  wife will get Rs.1,22,190.

A Hon. Captain’s wife will get Rs.1,42,710.
