THE IMPORTANCE OF DATA BASE FOR GROWING
WELFARE ASSOCIATIONS.
It is very important that a growing Welfare Association, should have up-to-date information about their members. Without having the full details of the members, the Association cannot give any help to its members.
Particularly, in the case of Defence Pensioners, the Individual’s specific information such as Service No., Rank, Group, Name etc., are very important for the Welfare Association to render all possible help to their families in emergency situation.
Keeping the importance in mind, the Air Force Association, Puducherry Sub-Branch had designed a Bio-data form, which should be filled up by each and every member and submitted to the office during the inaugural ceremony on 27.02.2011.
If every member sincerely attempts to fill up this format correctly and completely and comply with all the requirement in the format, it will be of a great help to you as well as to your family members in the future.
Download the form, take a print out and distribute to all members. Make your Association with a more informative one to all members. (Personal information will be kept confidential for all purposes)
