ADDITIONAL PENSION AND ARREARS.
The additional pension is sanctioned on attaining the age of 80 and above as on 01.01.2006.
Pensioners who were born before 01.01.1926 are eligible for various rates of additional pension and arrears.
It is more than 4 years passed still many aged pensioners are not able to get the additional pension and arrears for various reasons.
The minimum arrears payable for a pensioner who attained 80 years of age on 01.01.2006 will be around Rs.50,000. Unless the family members of the pensioners are aware of this, the aged pensioners will not be able to get this benefit within their life time. Please help them to help yourself.

My mother is already 81 years old,wife of the late WORLD WAR II veteran TEOFILO F. RADA.My question is how can she avail the additionl pension arrears?please help me to get an information about this matter.I am waiting for your reply soon if ever she is qualified.Thank you so much...
