FORMER NAVAL CHIEF ADMIRAL S.M.NANDA PASSES AWAY

Former Naval Chief Admiral S.M.Nanda, a Veteran of the 1971 Indo-Pak War died on Monday the 11th May 2009 at the National Capital, New Delhi.

The Funeral will take place on Saturday with full military honours at Brar Square crematorium here at 1600 hrs.

The blog team of the indianexserviceman, its readers and the entire ex-servicemen and their families of the nation pays homage to a great Veteran. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members of Adm.S.M.Nanda.

A great warrier of 1971 indo-pak war,who led india to a naval war victory.

My heartfelt condolence to his family.May his soul rest in peace.
