The following particulars are required to get Revised OROP pension and arrears.  They are:-

1.      Rank

2.      Qualifying Service

3.      Group

If the banks are not having the above information in your pension records, they have to seek through Annexure ‘A’ (CDA Cir.555) to CDA(P) Allahabad and CDA(P) to provide within 15 days.  But in practice none of these things happen.  Ultimately the old pensioners suffer without getting revised pension and arrears.

You will get the required information within one month, then submit it to the Bank for your arrears.
