THE 7TH CPC RESOLUTIONS RELEASED BY MOD DESW
AT LAST THE MOD, DESW HAVE RELEASED THE 7TH CPC RESOLUTION
FOR THE DEFENCE PENSIONERS ON 30.9.2016.
ARREARS WILL BE PAID FROM 1.1.2016.
The revision of pension using the 2nd Option based on fitment factor of 2.57 be implemented by
multiplying the pension drawn on 31.12.2015.
No change in the rate of Family Pension, Spl. Family pension
No change in the rate of Additional pension for old age pensioner.
No change in the DSC pension policy.
Request for inclusion of War Injury Element/Disability Element in computation of
Familyh pension Not accepted.
The slab rate of Disability is accepted. Sep, Nk. & Hav with 5 & below levels
will get Rs.12000 for 100% disability.
Broad Bandidng of disability accep;ted for all including prematgure cases/
Voluntary retirees with 20% and above disability.
No change for War Injury pension who are retained in service.
WE HOPE THAT THE BANKS WILL NOT HAVE ANY DIFFICULTY
IN MULTIPLYING THE OROP BASIC BY 2.57 AND PAY
1.1.2016.
WE HAVE SACRIFICED 18 SOLDIERS AT URI
AND PROVED WORTH FOR THE NATION.
Not clear whether revised pension and disability pension, as per OROP tables will be multiplied by 2.57 or not.
