ReplyDeleteI would also like to post some important facts in orop. Inspite of duly recommendations no increase in basic pension has been given ranging from 17 years of service to 25.5 years of service. however increase have been given to only those who rendered service more than 25.5 years to 28 years of service. When the present government has formulated rules for minimum basic pay and maximum 20 years stipulation for pension, increments of 3% recommended should be given to all who have rendered more than 17 years of service.
ReplyDeleteIn another instance there is also a great need to give a thought of rank structure. A lower rank in any category should not get more pension then his senior ranks. But a Havildar of Group X gets more pension than a Nb
Subeder of Group Y having more service and even also Subedars. Such example cannot be seen in officers cadre inspite of having various categories technical/non technical etc
This point is also of a great concern
