IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED ON CASUALTY AWARDS
In continuation of our post dated 23rd Mar 2011, the long awaited implementation instructions issued now for revised casualty/disability/war injury awards for pre 2006 retirees based on post 2006 pay scales by CDA(P) Allahabad.
The CDA(P) Circular No.456 can be accessed and downloadedby clicking here. All welfare Associations may go through this circular again and again and guide the pensioners and banks for speedy disbursal of the arrears.
It is a very good new. As you said, it is long and eagerlywaited circular. You are the first to 456. Keep it up Sir.

sir,will you clarify whether the benefits of cir 456 is applicable to the beneficiaries of cir 430,ie date of effect 01 jan 2006 in place of 01 7 2009.

sir thanks for all valuable news .We are always with the mission and participating .i am an ex.E A C -5 OF INDIAN NAVY .I have been invalided out from service in 1981 and in receipt of 1-service pension -rs.3500 and Disability pension for life 40% - Rs 1404.00 .Rounding of disability pension is in process as per circular no 430 in record office navy Mumbai .though it is being delayed .sir as per circular 456 and 542 what would be my pension as on 2009 .AFTER THAT WHETHER THE BENEFIT OF 7TH PAY COMMISSION WILL BE GIVEN TO ME OR NOT .SIR CIRCULAR FOR TWO PENSIONS ONE FROM MILITARY AND ONE FROM STATE GOV.---WHETHER ENTITLEMENT OR NOT THANKS SIR .I SHALL BE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU SIR ...R P RAM EMAIL sonkar.rp@gmail.com mobile 9648718584
