The bank demands Will, affidavits from all the ather heirs and two surities which is hard to find. One more thing the banks now require proof of identity and proof of residence. both these can be met by producing photo copies of either,Voter I Card, Driving licenc or Passport along with latest telephon or Electricity Bill.
