MEMBERSHIP FOR PRE 01.04.2003 RETIREES TO CLOSE ON 01.12.2011
being a re employed ex service man i could not get a certificate from dpdo cutting my medical allowence in pension (though i was actually not getting da & medical allowence along with my pension) now i got retired from my re employment on 30.11.2011 membership in echs stands closed from01.12.2011 now i am eagerly waiting for the re opening of membership by ex sgt babu km
